Rockin’ Rhythm & Blues and MORE!
International retro/vintage vocalist and winner of The Ameripolitan Awards “2019 Rockabilly Female of the Year” Tammi Savoy performs Original 50s & 60s-inspired Music, Early Roots Rhythm and Blues, Jump Blues, Rockabilly, Roots Jazz, Blues and Swing as well as the music that continues to inspire the passion in her performances including songs from The Great American Songbook. Tammi’s song choices pay special tribute with the most authentic vocal stylings of the past to the Early Rockin’ Divas that did not get the recognition they deserved for contributing to the sound of Rock and Roll. Tammi’s influences include songs from Ruth Brown, LaVern Baker, Varetta Dillard, Priscilla Bowman, Esther Phillips, Annisteen Allen, and more. Tammi’s original songs are also a nod to the sound from the bygone eras.
It is Mid-Century Rockin’ R&B and Pure Rhythm & Roll.
With appearances at Viva Las Vegas, The Nashville Boogie, and The New England Shake-Up, Tammi has performed in several festivals from blues and jazz to hot rod shows in the U.S. and around the world. While internationally touring, Tammi has been graciously welcomed by sold-out shows. Tammi has toured and performed in Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the U.K.
